We ask for 1-2 business days to fulfill orders placed with Standard Shipping before mailing them. Orders placed on the weekend with Standard Shipping will be shipped that Monday. Orders placed before the weekend and before 12pm EST with Expedited Shipping will be shipped on the same day.
Enchanted Regalia provides Free Return Shipping for all eligible items within 14 days of receipt. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided after your return request has been approved.
To be eligible for a return and receive a full refund for your return items, they must be sent back to Enchanted Regalia within 14 days of receipt of products, in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to return a beauty product but have opened it to test it, you are able to return it with the understanding of paying a restock fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For Damages or Wrong Item At Enchanted Regalia we pride ourselves in providing only the highest quality items for you. In the instance your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us via our live chat or email immediately so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Image proof of damage, defects, or wrong orders will need to be provided.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, as well as let you know whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember the time it takes to process and accept your refund may vary by your bank or credit card company.
